Morning Dew is one of those rare releases, from a rather unknown band, probably from the Charleroi area. Their sole legacy is a single released in 1971 on the MCA label, produced by ex-Wallace Collection Sylvain Vanholme. “Happiness Maybe” is a power-ballad with good guitar playing, that reminds to Leslie West’s Mountain. The backside-side “Here Comes The Rainbow” is a catchy up-tempo hard-rock tune that sounded like vintage Budgie. Both songs are written by Leonardi / Maroille.

Although this is for the moment not a highly valued piece of vinyl, it’s really worth picking up, now that it’s still sold for a reasonable price.
